STEP 1: Choose Your Sweaty Yeti

Explore the Sweaty Yeti collection and select the model, features, and upgrades that best fit your space, lifestyle, and wellness goals.

• Personalized Selection – We'll help you compare models, explore customization options, and choose the right configuration.
• Secure Your Order – A 10% deposit is required at checkout to begin the ordering process. Payment can be made by credit card or directly from your bank account.
• Financing Available – Flexible financing options are available through Sweaty Yeti Financing, subject to approval.

STEP 2: Site & Delivery Review

Before construction begins, we'll help coordinate the necessary site and delivery requirements to ensure your property is ready.

• Site Evaluation – We'll assist with reviewing your property, delivery access, and recommended site preparation.
• Permits & Requirements – Local building, plumbing, or electrical permits may be required depending on your location and selected features.
• Engineering Considerations – Additional engineering may be necessary in areas with specific structural or snow-load requirements. Any associated costs will be communicated before proceeding.

Our goal is to help you plan ahead and avoid unexpected installation challenges.

STEP 3: Finalize Your Purchase

Once the site and delivery review is complete, Sweaty Yeti will issue your final payment request through Buildertrend.

• Final Payment – The remaining balance is due within 10 business days of your deposit.
• Financing – For financed purchases, factory construction begins once financing is approved and funds are received.

STEP 4: Factory Construction

Your Sweaty Yeti is professionally manufactured using modular construction methods designed for quality, efficiency, and consistency.

• Precision Construction – Built in a controlled factory environment to minimize weather-related delays.
• Quality Assurance – Every unit undergoes an extensive 551-point quality inspection.
• Reduced On-Site Work – Modular construction means less disruption to your property and a more streamlined installation process.

STEP 5: Site & Utility Preparation

While your Sweaty Yeti is being built, you can prepare your property for delivery. Synergy Midwest can help you understand the site requirements and coordinate applicable installation services.

• Foundation – Prepare a level, stable foundation using an approved ground, gravel, or concrete base.
• Water & Drainage – Depending on your upgrades, water can be supplied through a standard garden hose or permanent plumbing connections. Proper drainage should also be considered.
• Electrical – Depending on your model and equipment, electrical requirements may range from a 20-amp, 120V connection to an 80-amp, 240V connection.

As your local authorized dealer, Synergy Midwest can help coordinate the technical requirements for a smooth installation.

STEP 6: Delivery & Installation

Once factory construction is complete, we'll help coordinate delivery and placement of your Sweaty Yeti.

• Delivery Coordination – Standard delivery is completed by truck and trailer. Properties with limited access may require a crane or specialized equipment at an additional cost.
• Placement – Your Sweaty Yeti is positioned on your prepared foundation.
• Utility Connections – Qualified local professionals complete the necessary electrical and plumbing connections.
